How many GTN tokens are there in circulation? Why is it important? 🧐 Supply is one of the two main factors affecting the price of any cryptocurrency. Many crypto assets have a limited supply, for example, Bitcoin has a maximum supply of 21 million coins, Litecoin has a maximum supply of 84 million, and BNB has a maximum supply of 200 million. The number of native GTN tokens in the Relictum ecosystem is also limited. 🟣 The initial issue of GTN was 10 billion tokens. However, in September 2022, the project team decided to burn exactly half – 5 billion GTN. 🔥 Burning sessions have been held regularly and will be held regularly during two years. The first burning was held on September 15, 2022 – 2 billion GTN tokens, or 20% of the total emission were burned. Further burnings were and will be carried out quarterly - 375 million GTN tokens at once. The next session will take place on January 1, 2024, and the last one in this series will take place on July 1, 2024.
