The first Celestia community call is now live on YouTube. Thank you to everyone who participated and contributed. We had an unexpected number of viewers that were above the call capacity which we hope to fix for the next one. Watch the full call here 👇

This is an important question and also not a question feasible to completely answer in a message. But I will be live tomorrow with another team member in marketing - a great place to talk Phantasma Marketing.
Phantasma has different audience groups with different messaging, our prime targets are a) NTH's (new token holders) b) Token Holders c) Game Devs d)Ecosystem Parners.
With the roll out of our sales departement and outreach, we've been spending effort on supporting our 3rd target audience, Game Devs via outreach. Hence rolling out the event GDC - and this marketing effort has not stopped nor diverted much from the plan with the hack.
We are creating supporting material for this such as Case Studies, Persona Messaging, Testimonials (1 vid already release) and competitive battle cards.
Since the hack our goals are to focus our efforts on our existing token holders and demonstrate trust for NTHs and TH's, while maitaing out outreach momentum.
Retention is key for us with TH's. This is critical to the project.
We are doing this first by demonstrating business as usual. We have full partner support and potential partners in the pipeline have not barked an ounce. So you'll see a lot of our partners messaging supporting us.
So we have two awesome new partnerships being lined up as we speak in the next 2 weeks. There's a 3rd almost confirmed and I heard of a big deal yesterday. So this engine is chugging.
We are stepping up social engagement to share and engage in positive content, the business as usual on all socials and propagation platforms.
Internally we're implementing and adhering to processes with the Security Response Team and we're improving and ensuring we have our internal communications solidified as we grow as a team, we are implementing internal tools capable of allowing us to scale to an organization of a much larger size.
We are rolling out a new channel of communication with our partners to ensure we continually gain positive and negative feedback, and use our partners to share their love.
As far as day-to-day socials we are rolling our two weeks of testimonial shorts tagging our partners, who have promised to share their love and support socially. This campaign will demonstrate the massive ongoing support of our partners.
We are ramping up live engagements with the team with SOULdiers Stories, so token holders can get closer with the team and learn more at these AMA's what we are working on everyday.
We are working with partners closer to beging leveraging their communities, for example yesterday we were dancing around Decentraland with Stellar Gate.
There are things on the planning board not yet being executed that I'd love to talk about tomorrow at the SOULdier Stories with @DYLAN_C
I will prepare myself to answer this question live tomorrow. I'm just throwing some stuff down right that's on our plate, so my apologies for the horrible flow of this post. but I hope this gives you a bit of insight to what this team is doing to handle this hack from a marketing perspective.
